This program starts with four days of prep. This is where we’ll start cleaning things up by slowly tapering off addictive substances like caffeine, sugar, and dairy. For the following two weeks we follow a clean, delicious meal plan that helps our body reduce toxins, restore cellular health, heal the gut, and boost metabolism. No laundry list of supplements or transcendental meditation required.

FAQs:

  • Is the program vegetarian?

    • No, this is an omnivorous meal plan. In order for the body to remove stored toxins, it needs ample protein to “tag” them (biology stuff). And depending on an individual’s gut health, absorbing sufficient protein from plant sources may not be possible.

  • Do I need a juicer or any other special equipment?

    • I have a few smoothie recipes that require a blender or alternative, but otherwise no.

  • Is the program paleo?

    • Not exactly. The program includes legumes and reintroduces fermented dairy and gluten free oats in the final days. Substitutions may be made.

  • Is the program gluten-free?

    • Sure is!

  • How hard are the recipes, really?

    • Seriously not hard. If you can peel and chop some vegetables and have a working oven, you’ll crush it.
